Ron has an extensive technology background in business intelligence, analytics and data warehousing. In 2005, Ron founded the BeyeNETWORK, which was acquired by Tech Target in 2010. Now an associate publisher at TechTarget, Ron continues to lead the BeyeNETWORK, providing editorial direction and supporting the sales team. Prior to the founding of the BeyeNETWORK, Ron was cofounder, publisher and editorial director of DM Review (now Information Management). Ron also has a wealth of consulting expertise in business intelligence, business management and marketing. |

associate editor at Wellesley Information Services, specializing in SAP technology, and worked part-time for five years at a local newspaper. She graduated from the
University of Massachusetts Boston with a bachelor's degree in English.

Malcolm Chisholm, Ph.D., has more than 25 years of experience in enterprise information management and data management and has worked in a wide range of sectors. He specializes in setting up and developing enterprise information management
units, master data management, and business rules. His experience includes the financial, manufacturing, government, and pharmaceutical industries.
